A rare and stunning vintage 1990 16 year old Ardbeg Islay Single malt Scotch whisky, distilled in 1990 and bottled after 16 years maturation in a Bourbon cask with the cask no. 2900 in November 2006 by the Independent Bottler Taste Still with a paint label by the famous Belgian artist Robert Alonzi in a limited edition of only 271 bottles without the addition of colourants and chill filtration at cask strength 58.6% vol.
The artist's label designed by Robert Alonzi makes this special vintage 1990 16 years Ardbeg Islay single malt Scotch whisky a very special bottling; this rare expression is now just as sought-after as the old and rare bottlings with the Moon label and is now one of the most sought-after and scarcely available whisky rarities on the market among connoisseurs and whisky collectors.
