This very rare vintage 1990 25 years-old Bowmore Islay single malt scotch whisky was distilled on 17th May 1990, matured for many years in an American oak first fill bourbon barrel and was then finished in a French claret wine wask before being bottled on 24th February 2016 as a distillery exclusive special single cask bottling for the Feis Ile Festival 2016 with no added dyes and chill filtration at cask strength 55.7% vol. in a limited edition of only 200 bottles.
The special Bowmore Islay single malt was only available to visitors to the distillery on site at the open day, sold out within a short time and comes in a high quality gift box with individually numbered and signed certificate of authenticity.
