Glenmorangie 1972 22 Years Rare Single Barrel 1831 Vintage Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky Cask Strength 46.0% ABV - one of 250 bottles of a grandiose and very rare Glenmorangie!
A very rare Glenmorangie distilled in 1972 then aged for 22 years and bottled at cask strength in 1994 from cask 1831 and a limited edition of only 250 bottles. A very small amount of Glenmorangie, distilled in 1972, has now been selected for this vintage. After a long and slow maturation in carefully selected casks of American oak, this vintage has been bottled directly from the individual cask. Each cask matures the whisky in a slightly different manner and will only yield around 250 bottles. This gives subtle nuances of taste, making the Single Barrel Vintage bottling a truly rare and individual expression of Glenmorangie. A very rare and great vintage single malt whisky from the Glenmorangie distillery! A must for collectors of Glenmorangie and rare Single Malts.
