The magnificent 12-year-old Suntory Yamazaki single malt whisky is made from only the finest and most original ingredients. Ingredients that are transformed into a wonderfully harmonious single malt during the skilful distillation process. Its soft water comes from the springs of the River Hakushu and the wood of the casks in which the distillate was allowed to mature was previously home to fine sherry wine, bourbon or was made from the famous Japanese Mizunara oak. On the palate, the dark red 12 years Yamazaki single malt whisky shines with delightful sherry and chocolate flavours, making it a very special experience for the taste buds. A noble Japan single malt whisky with a full body. It is very pleasant on the nose with aromas of honey and dried fruit. The flavour is slightly spicy, but still very pleasant on the palate, with a nice dry, lingering woody note. The medium to long-lasting finish is a particular advantage of the 12-year-old Yamazaki single malt, as fruity flavours and notes of dark chocolate come together here and create an inimitable aftertaste on the palate.
