A very rare vintage 1982 15 years old Balvenie Single Barrel Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky, distilled on 26th January 1982, selected by Balvenie Malt Master David Stewart after 15 years maturation in a traditional oak cask with cask no. 246 and bottled on 3rd September 1997 by hand without added colouring at 50.4% vol. in an edition of only 300 bottles.
All bottles of these old Balvenie single malt scotch whisky have been signed by hand with the cask number, the date of distillation and the bottling date as well as the individual bottle number. The annual editions of the Balvenie Single Barrel Limited Edition, which are only available in limited quantities, are of exceptional quality and are usually sold out within a short time. In particular, the old bottlings from the 1970s and 1980s are now regarded by connoisseurs and collectors as sought-after collector's rarities and are only rarely found.
