This rare and stunning vintage 1988 26 years old Bowmore Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky was distilled on 6th September 1988 and after more than 26 years of maturation in a Sherry cask with the cask no. 3001 from the Bowmore no. 1 vaults black wax sealed bottled on 4th March 2015 as a distillery exclusive special bottling for the Fèis Ìle Festival 2015 without the addition of dyes and chill filtration at cask strength 48.3% vol. in limited edition of only 248 bottles with individually hand-numbered tag. The special and outstanding Bowmore Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky was only available for visitors of the distillery and sold out within a short time.
