A rare and well aged vintage 1981 23 years-old Brora Highland Dark Sherry Single Cask Scotch Whisky, distilled in November 1981 and bottled after 23 years maturation in a Pedro Ximenez sherry butt with cask no. 1511 in December 2004 in a limited edition of only 300 bottles by the Independent Bottler Ian McLeod in the Chieftains Choice Limited Edition Single Cask Bottling Series without added dyes and chill filtration at 46.0% abv.
