A very rare vintage 2007 6 years-old Bruichladdich Port Charlotte Super Heavily Peated Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky and 3rd release from the limited Renegade series, selected by the former co-owner and director Mark Reynier. The exceptional Port Charlotte Zephyrus Renegade MBRPT3 Islay Single Malt was distilled in 2007 and after 6 years of maturation in a French Oak Cask from one of the world-famous wine estates from the Pessac-Leognan appellation in Bordeaux with the Cask No. 014 without the addition of colourants and chill filtration bottled in the year 2014 in an edition of only 293 individually hand-numbered bottles at cask strength 63.8% vol. and 40 PPM.
The maturation in a selected Bordeaux French oak cask from Pessac-Léognan created an absolutely unique and exceptional vintage 2007 7 years Port Charlotte Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky with a beautiful amber colour and the classic and elegant Bruichladdich character with the power and presence of strong peat smoke.
