A rare old 1991 vintage Clynelsih Double Matured Special Release Distillers Edition 2005. This 15-year-old Highland single malt scotch whisky of the Classic Malts Selection was distilled in the year 1991, matured in American and European oak casks and was finished for at least 3 months in Olosoro Seco sherry casks - these give the whisky more fruit such as sultanas and dried fruit and a syrupy character. The bottling was made in the year 2006 at 45.8% abv and the batch number Cl-Br: 169-If.
The Clynelish Distillers Edition Highland Single Malt combines maritime flavours with fruity sherry notes to create a wonderfully complex single malt with a robust character.
