A very rare and stunning vintage 1948 40 years-old Glen Grant Highland single malt scotch whisky 40.0% abv as a licensed bottling by Gordon and MacPhail with the white screw-cap, distilled in 1948 and after 40 years of maturation in oak casks bottled by the Gordon and MacPhail Wine and Spirit Merchants in a limited edition in the year 1988.
Since the 1970s, Gordon and MacPhail have been presenting in the Licensed Bottling Edition special single malts from selected distilleries such as Ardmore, Blalblair, Dallas Dhu, Glen Albyn, Glen Grant, Glen Mhor, Glenlivet, Glentauchers, Imperial, Linkwood, Longmorn, Mortlach, Old Pulteney, Scapa, and Strathisla in limited editions.
