This rare vintage 1995 18 year old Glendronach Highland single malt Scotch whisky was distilled on 1st May 1995, matured for almost 19 years in a selected Pedro Ximenez sherry puncheon with the cask no. 1732 and was bottled on 28th April 2014 in the Glendronach single cask limited release series exclusively for Premiumcask.de without the addition of colourants and chill-fill at cask strength 54.6% vol. in an edition of only 697 individually hand-numbered bottles.
Each year, master distiller Billy Walker selects a handful of individual casks from Glendronach's warehouses and bottles them for special retailers and renowned whisky merchants in the Glendronach limited release single cask bottling series. With exclusive Glendronach whiskies dating back to 1968, there is a wide selection of barrels, hogsheads, puncheons and butts. Each of these exquisite casks has truly remarkable characteristics and the malt whisky they contain has developed exceptionally well during the long maturation process.

- Nose: sweet and fruity, plums and peaches, very pleasing and mild
- Palate: sweet, warm fruit notes of stone fruits, the sweetness is displaced by massive spices, cassia bark, nutmeg, cardamom and a touch of carnations with intense dry oak notes
