A rare vintage 1981 16 year old Glenfarclas Highland Single Malt Scotch whisky from The Spirit of Independence cask strength bottling series from selected sherry casks with a beautiful amber colour. For this vintage whisky, selected sherry casks were filled at Glenfarclas in 1981 and bottled in an edition of 1.200 individually numbered bottles in the year 1997 without the addition of colourants and chill-filtration at cask strength 54.4% vol. with the old Eagle label.
