A rare and terrific vintage 1991 29 year old Glenfarclas Highland single malt Scotch whisky from the Glenfarclas limited Family Casks Summer 2021 single cask series and special bottling from a selected first fill sherry butt. For this, Glenfarclas filled a selected sherry butt with cask no. 5676 in 1991, the new make matured in the cask for 29 years and was bottled in an edition of 558 bottles on 9th June 2021 without the addition of colourants and chill-filtration at cask strength 55.3% vol. as a limited summer release S21.
