A rare and magnificent vintage 1996 22-year-old Glenfarclas Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky from the Glenfarclas The Family Casks Summer 2018 Single Cask series and special bottling from a selected first-fill sherry butt. For this, Glenfarclas filled a selected sherry butt with cask no. 1499 in the year 1996. The distillate was matured in the cask for 22 years and bottled on 3rd July 2018 in a limited edition of only 225 bottles without the addition of colourants or chill filtration at cask strength 46.8% ABV as a limited summer release S18.
