This rare vintage 1977 11 year old Glengoyne Highland Single Malt Scotch whisky was distilled on 17 June 1997 and after more than 11 years of maturation in a Spanish oak sherry hogshead with the cask no. 2696 in September 2008 exclusively selected by the Distillery Manager himself and bottled exclusively for Germany in a limited edition of only 296 individually numbered bottles without the addition of colourants and chill filtration at natural cask strength 55.6% vol.
