A rare 21-year-old Redbreast Single Pott Still Irish Whiskey from the Midleton Distillery, created by the master blender from the old stocks after 21 years of maturation in selected oak casks and bottled in the year 2016 without the addition of colourants and chill filtration at 46.0% ABV.
The triple-distilled in copper pot stills 21 years Redbreast Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey, matured in a combination of fine 1st fill Oloroso sherry casks and bourbon barrel, was named Irish Whiskey of the Year in Jim Murray s Whisky Bible 2017. It is a masterpiece from the world-famous Irish Midleton distillery, which has received numerous awards for its exquisite whiskeys and is now one of the most popular and most collected Irish whiskeys.
On the nose, the exquisite 21 years Redbreast Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey reveals delicate aromas of ripe tropical fruits, nuts, peach, pear and dried figs. The taste is sweet and peppery with vanilla, toasted oak, sweet sherry, spices, fruity aromas with figs, dark raisins and creamy wood notes.
