A rare vintage 2007 11 year old Savanna Full Proof Single Cask Ile de la Reunion Rum from the Italian bottler Hidden Spirits and Stefano Cremaschi from famous The Wild Parrot Single Cask Rum series, which is well known among connoisseurs. This fine and exclusive Savanna Full Proof Premium Single Cask Rum was distilled in 2007 and matured for 11 years in an oak cask with the cask no. WP07639 before it was bottled without added sugar or colouring in the year 2018 in a limited edition of only 555 bottles at full proof 63.9% vol. and was only available in a few European countries.
Born in the year 2016 from the collaboration between Hidden Spirits and Stefano Cremaschi, The Wild Parrot is a series of rums selected from the most famous distilleries and bottled from a unique cask at natural cask strenght. Each of the exclusive bottlings from this limited series comes with a decorative bottle label by Italian artist Giulia Ronchetti.
Matured in a tropical climate, this exclusive Savannah Ile de la Reunion single cask rum has powerful notes of mango, pineapple and banana on the palate, as well as fiery ginger and warming cinnamon flavours.
