This absolutely rare Talisker Pure Malt Isle of Skye Single Malt Scotch Whisky was imported by the traditional wine house Tesdorpf und Deiters in Lübeck for the German market with 43.0% vol. An extraordinarily old Pure Malt original bottling without age indication from Talisker in the green 75cl bottle and the plain old distillery label with the more conventional strength of 43.0% vol., before they switched to 45.8% vol. There is almost no information to be found about this extraordinary Talisker Pure Malt, which can without question be described as a unique museum piece, and even Krüger and the other renowned auction houses have not offered a bottle of this Isle of Skye Pure Malt Whisky in the last 10 years.
We estimate that this wonderful and high collectible old Talisker Pure Malt Whisky probably dates from the 1960s or perhaps even earlier. Nearly a museum piece, incredibel rarity and an outstanding Old Style Talisker for connoisseurs, whisky-collectors and lovers of first-class old Scotch whiskies!
