A vintage 1998 16 years old Full Proof Heavy Trinidad Rum from the Closed Distillery Caroni by Velier. The casks used for this limited Full Proof Rum matured over the entire period on Trinidad. With an Angel s Share of undgt; 77%, this is an incredibly high quality molasses rum with a lot of power and depth and the excellent local climate as well as the good storage conditions ensured the enormously high quality of this extraordinary rum, which was bottled at Cask Strength 64.5% Vol. as first Edition of the Year 1998 and 32th release in a limited edition of 2.750 individually numbered bottles was filled by Velier in 2014 - a real piece of history.
