A luxurious and magnificent 15-year-old Dalmore Luminary No. 1 Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky, matured for a long time in selected American white oak bourbon casks and finished in a combination of Amarone wine casks, Kintsugi casks made from Scottish oak, Japanese Mizunara water oak and American white oak. It was bottled in April 2022 without the addition of colourants or chill filtration in a limited edition of 15,000 bottles at 46.8% ABV.
Dalmore Luminary is the name of a new series of exquisite Dalmore single malt Scotch whiskies developed by the Dalmore distillery in collaboration with the Design Museum V and A Dundee. Available in three editions with different cask maturations, the series celebrates exclusive enjoyment and exceptional design. Master Distiller Richard Paterson and Master Whisky Maker Gregg Glass have created the exclusive Dalmore Luminary No.1 Single Malt Scotch Whisky with a unique cask maturation, while Japanese star architect Kengo Kuma and his protégé Maurizio Mucciola are responsible for the design.
