This rare and great vintage 2005 11 year old Glendronach Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky at natural cask strength 57.3% vol. was distilled on 29th November 2005, matured for over 11 years in an exquisite sherry puncheon with cask no. 1444 until its bottling straight from the cask on 3rd September 2017 and was only available at the distillery as an exclusive Distillery Managers Single Cask Hand-Filled Edition in limited edition for visitors on site. Each bottle of this selected single malt has been hand-filled and labelled by hand with the distillation date, the date of bottling, the cask type, the cask number, the individual bottle number and the signature of the distillery manager.
Each year, master distiller Billy Walker selects a handful of individual casks from Glendronach s warehouses and bottles them for special retailers and renowned whisky merchants in the Glendronach limited release single cask bottling series.
