This early expression of the 18 years Macallan Fine Oak is a special Highland single malt Scotch whisky that was matured for at least 18 years in selected sherry oak and in American oak bourbon casks. The result is a full-bodied and authentic whisky that is a successful mixture of the different cask types and has its very own character.
The 18 years Macallan Fine Oak Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky was bottled from around 2005 until 2012, when it was completely replaced by the Macallan Fine Oak Triple Cask Matured Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky.
