This rare vintage 1998 19 year old Bowmore Islay single malt Scotch whisky was distilled on 13th January 1998 and, after over 19 years of maturation in a 1st fill sherry puncheon with the cask no. 57 from the Bowmore no. 1 vaults, was bottled as a distillery exclusive special bottling for the Fèis Ìle Festival 2017 without the addition of colourants and chill filtration at cask strength 54.3% vol. in a limited edition with an individually hand-numbered tag. The exclusive Bowmore Islay single malt Scotch whisky was only available to visitors to the distillery on site and sold out within a short time.
